Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lab Testing Manager to oversee testing operations. The role involves ensuring product quality, performance, and compliance through industry-standard and in-house testing protocols, particularly in the textile and hygiene sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily lab testing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and recommend product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and optimize new testing methods for product innovation.
- Collaborate with NPD, manufacturing, and regulatory teams.
- Oversee lab equipment calibration, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Manage 3rd party technicians for testing device development.
- Report to the Senior Product Development Manager and collaboration with CN and EU teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in personal hygiene or performance apparel testing or laboratory roles.
- Experience in managing lab teams and cross-department projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Familiar with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and a strong communicator.
- Team-oriented with a disciplined, systematic approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-changing environment.
Office & Travel:
- Office-based with occasional travel to other facilities and labs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
