Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lab Testing Manager to oversee testing operations. The role involves ensuring product quality, performance, and compliance through industry-standard and in-house testing protocols, particularly in the textile and hygiene sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily lab testing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and recommend product improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and optimize new testing methods for product innovation.
• Collaborate with NPD, manufacturing, and regulatory teams.
• Oversee lab equipment calibration, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Manage 3rd party technicians for testing device development.
• Report to the Senior Product Development Manager and collaboration with CN and EU teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in personal hygiene or performance apparel testing or laboratory roles.
• Experience in managing lab teams and cross-department projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Familiar with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and a strong communicator.
• Team-oriented with a disciplined, systematic approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-changing environment.

Office & Travel:

• Office-based with occasional travel to other facilities and labs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
