Job Description
- Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies for all retail concept stores, including theme design, annual visual calendars, and display implementation.
- Oversee the entire visual merchandising process, from conceptual layout to final execution, ensuring a consistent and impactful presentation.
- Design captivating window displays, mannequins, signage, and promotional setups to attract the target audience.
- Arrange in-store displays to enhance aesthetics and functionality, optimizing product placement to boost customer engagement and sales.
- Provide visual training and guidance to store managers, sales teams, and retail staff.
- Assist in the preparation and setup for new store launches and pop-up store openings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in visual merchandising and store decoration, ideally in the fashion retail sector.
- Experience in multi-brand retail environments is an advantage.
- Strong background in executing visual merchandising projects, including window displays, store décor, and campaign installations.
- Proven track record with a compelling visual portfolio, digital content expertise, and proficiency in visual software.
- Exceptional creativity and aesthetic judgment, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visually engaging presentations.
