We are seeking an R&D Technical Coordinator (Bakery & Beverage) to support product trials, production implementation, and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing and quality teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career food professional looking to grow within a dynamic and innovative food manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product trials, pilot runs, and mass production activities to ensure successful product implementation.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Planning, Production, QA, and QC teams to ensure raw material availability and production readiness.
  • Monitor production processes and support troubleshooting during product scale-up and commercialization.
  • Assist in maintaining product specifications, technical documents, production records, and related quality documentation.
  • Support quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
  • Coordinate product testing, sample preparation, and evaluation of product performance, quality, and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality management requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and process optimization.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing, R&D, technical services, QA/QC, or production support.
  • Experience in bakery, beverage, patisserie, ingredients, or food manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Understanding of food safety and quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent.
  • Experience coordinating with production, procurement, planning, and quality teams is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
