Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage R&D projects from concept to commercialization
- Develop new bakery, dessert, and pastry products
- Improve formulations, processes, and production efficiency
- Work closely with production, quality, and regulatory teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
- Support scale-up from pilot to factory production
- Stay updated on market trends and innovation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
- Strong experience in bakery / pastry / dessert R&D
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing or factory-based environment
- Knowledge of automation or industrial production processes is an advantage
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Good communication skills in Thai and English
Experience:
- Manager level: minimum 7–10 years of relevant R&D experience
- Director level: 10+ years of R&D and leadership experience
Salary:
