Responsibilities
- Drive Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives across plant and warehouse operations.
- Assess processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance.
- Provide coaching and training on problem solving, RCA, Lean tools, and CI practices.
- Analyze operational data and performance trends to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with operations leaders to implement sustainable improvements aligned with business goals.
- Promote continuous improvement culture and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 7 years’ hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing within Food Manufacturing (highly preferred), or FMCG / Medical Device / other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record in leading process improvement projects and delivering productivity or operational results.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma concepts, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Computer Litracy and Good command in English
