Job Description

Our client is a world life insurance company. The company operates in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, including joint ventures in China. It has been providing life insurance services in Thailand since 2001 to meet the financial protection and security needs of its clients. The company offers a wide range of life insurance products, including protection insurance, savings insurance, accident and health insurance, and life insurance covering auto loans, motorcycle loans, and home loans. In addition, it provides group life insurance services through various distribution channels including agents, brokers, banks, and business partners.

 

Position: QA (Quality Assurance) (Contract 12 Months)

Salary: 80K

 

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for insurance applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the automation framework or learn automation as needed. 

 

Qualification:

  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, etc.) or a strong willingness to learn automation.
  • 3-5 Years of experience as QA.
  • Good to have background in QA for insurance-related projects or products
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
  • ISTQB or similar QA certification.
  • Familiarity with insurance workflows and terminology.
