Position: Claim Services Support
Salary: 25K - 35K
Job Description:
• Acknowledge claims on property and casualty
• Review all claim pending on daily basis
• Arranging end-to-end claim settling processes, follow-up and provide claim-related suggestions as well as procedures and status to clients
• Negotiate settlements with insures and adjusters
• Build and maintain good client relations
• Co-operate with other internal departments to support overall operations
• Other duties as assigned
Job Specification;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
• Experience in managerial task is advantage
• Good command in spoken and written in English
