Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and promote the company’s leasing products and services to existing and prospective customers, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships, including identifying new business opportunities and maintaining a strong leasing portfolio.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers and prepare leasing quotations and proposals.
  • Collect, review, and analyze customer documentation and perform credit and risk assessments for lease applications.
  • Prepare credit proposals and submit recommendations to direct supervisors and authorized credit approvers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Legal, Operations, and Finance) to prepare leasing agreements, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Conduct inspections of leased assets, when applicable, to ensure asset quality and compliance prior to payment to suppliers.
  • Coordinate billing arrangements and collection of customer payments, including PDCs and other payment instruments.
  • Execute leasing contracts and approve payments to suppliers for the acquisition of leased assets in accordance with company policy.
  • Provide after-sales support by servicing customer requests, resolving issues, and handling inquiries in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Monitor lease accounts and follow up on overdue payments in collaboration with debt collection teams to minimize credit risk.
  • Assist direct supervisors in assigned duties and contribute to team objectives.
  • Coach and support junior staff members, as assigned.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services marketing, leasing, banking, or related industries, with at least some experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, leasing structures, credit processes, and risk considerations.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and financial data.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing or CRM tools.
  • Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).
