Job Summary

A leading international insurance firm is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting Transformation Analyst to join its transformation team. This role will support the company’s digital finance initiatives and work closely with the Head of Finance & Accounting Transformation. Ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in finance, audit, or corporate data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dashboards and data visualizations for management reporting
• Analyze financial and operational data to support transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, audit, actuarial) to ensure accurate data flows
• Support financial process improvements using BI tools and automation
• Provide insight and recommendations to leadership through data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in internal audit, corporate finance, or financial data analytics
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
• Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• SQL or data warehouse knowledge is advantageous
• Ability to communicate clearly in both Thai and English
