Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support reinsurance accounting and reporting functions. This role is ideal for candidates from insurance, reinsurance, or financial services backgrounds, as well as Big4 / audit professionals with strong data capabilities who are looking to transition into the insurance business.
Responsibilities
• Manage and support reinsurance accounting and reporting processes
• Administer reinsurance treaties (premium calculation, reporting, coordination)
• Work with SQL / VBA to support financial data analysis and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Actuarial, Legal) and external partners
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with agreements
• Support audit processes with required documentation and analysis
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 3–6 years of experience in one of the following:
- Insurance / Reinsurance accounting (preferred)
- Big4 / Audit / Financial services with relevant exposure
• Strong SQL and Excel (VBA) skills (hands-on required)
• Understanding of financial reporting and data structure
• Insurance or reinsurance knowledge is an advantage
• Good command of English
