Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead production & materials planning (MPS/MRP) to ensure on-time availability of raw materials, packaging, and components.
• Optimize MRP parameters (MOQ, lead time, safety stock, reorder point) to improve planning accuracy and reduce shortages/excess.
• Manage inventory performance (accuracy, excess/obsolete, cycle counts).
• Oversee warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping) with FIFO/FEFO and full traceability.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Suppliers to manage shortages and mitigate supply risks.
• Lead planning & warehouse teams and drive cross-functional problem solving.
• Drive KPIs, Lean/Kaizen/5S, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO systems and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10 years’ experience in materials/production planning, inventory control, and warehouse operations with team leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with MRP, inventory optimization, and warehouse best practices.
• Experience with ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and strong Excel/data analysis.
• Practical experience with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
