Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales growth and market expansion across Thailand
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate automotive, electronics, and medical manufacturing accounts
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Act as the primary commercial contact for customers and key accounts
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Project teams to support quotations and project execution
- Manage opportunity qualification and ensure on-time delivery of projects
- Strengthening relationships with strategic customers and expanding wallet share through new products or applications
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to maintain competitiveness
- Manage sales activities through structured processes and CRM systems
- Support pricing strategy and sales promotion planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (MBA an advantage)
- 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing, including 5+ years in Sales/Business Development within Automotive, Electronics, Medical, or Technology environments
- Solid understanding of precision manufacturing (e.g., foam, elastomer, rubber, die casting, or similar engineered components) and relevant industrial standards/regulations
- Strong commercial track record in new business development, deal closing, and stakeholder management, with established networks across engineering, supply chain, and procurement
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Independent, results-driven, and able to work cross-functionally
- Understanding of industrial standards, regulatory requirements, and technology trendห
- Able to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30–50%)
