Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer Technical Manager (ASEAN) to act as the key technical interface between the company and OEM customers across Thailand and the ASEAN region. This role focuses on technical coordination, customer support, and regional business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical contact for OEM customers in Thailand and ASEAN
- Define customer technical strategies and analyze new model roadmaps
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ASEAN region
- Support project acquisition and go-to-market activities, including technical presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer engineering and procurement teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Strong technical background with good understanding of customer requirements
- Experience in new business development, project acquisition, or customer-facing technical roles
- Good communication skills in English (Japanese language is an advantage)
- Experience in automotive or technology-related industries preferred
