Key Responsibilities

Lead NPI project launches including planning, scheduling, budget, quality, and technical coordination.
Manage assigned customer accounts and drive new project development to meet timelines and customer expectations.
Support sales and business growth through technical and project-related activities.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams on DFM, quotations, engineering changes, sampling, and deliveries.
Conduct customer visits for project reviews, presentations, and technical discussions.
Lead NPI team to ensure project performance, customer satisfaction, and market share growth.
Prepare and maintain quotations, hit rate reports, project trackers, and NPI documentation.
Ensure effective internal and external communication on innovation and project status.
Track projects against plan and resolve issues with corrective actions.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and training as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
5–7 years’ experience in project management or NPI management in multinational manufacturing companies. (China-related business experience is an advantage.)
Strong new project and new product development (NPD) management skills.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
AutoCAD proficiency (CATIA is a plus).
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, and Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC).
Good command in English
Chinese language skills are an advantage.
Able to represent the company with technical solutions to customers.
