Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create preliminary and detailed layout drawings from conceptual designs
- Assess project requirements and recommend equipment capacities to maximize efficiency and ROI
- Calculate and specify utility requirements including electrical, water, drainage, gas, ventilation, and load specifications
- Prepare technical drawings showing equipment layout, elevations, and utility connection points
- Develop accurate and competitive proposals to support sales activities
- Coordinate schedules, documentation, and workflows with internal teams and external partners
- Support order processing and freight coordination
- Manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field
- 5 years of experience with AutoCAD Architecture or similar design software
- Experience in technical design, facility planning, or solutions support, with the ability to handle coordination and administrative tasks
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills; detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Good command of English
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment, with occasional travel and extended computer-based work
