Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage regional training programs including sales excellence, leadership development, lean systems, safety, and high-performance teams.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 45001, ISO 51000).
- Collaborate with Corporate Training teams (U.S. & Europe) and APAC stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Deliver training through in-person and virtual formats across the region.
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain training records, certifications, and report key metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate training or Learning & Development.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and experience applying them in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective corporate training programs.
- Strategic, business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and regional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Professional training certification (e.g., CPTD) is an advantage.
- Good command in English
