About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Operations Training Manager to lead nationwide store capability, SOP standardization, service quality, and frontline excellence across a large equity and franchise retail network.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent store execution, customer-centric service, technical excellence, and strong frontline capability that directly impact same-day sales, service attachment, and long-term brand trust.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Standardization & SOP Ownership

  • Own and govern all retail SOPs covering service flow, technical execution, sales behavior, and safety standards.
  • Lead SOP rollout, training, digital adoption, and compliance tracking nationwide.
  • Champion digital SOP platforms and ensure field compliance.

 

2. Store Audit & Retail Transformation

  • Oversee store audits, mystery shopper programs, and execution compliance scoring.
  • Identify execution gaps and convert insights into training, coaching, and transformation actions.
  • Lead retail transformation initiatives across equity and franchise stores.

 

3. Customer Experience & Service Excellence

  • Drive customer journey mapping and in-store experience improvement programs.
  • Implement frontline service behavior standards and recognition programs.
  • Partner with Operations to improve service attachment, repeat usage, and customer satisfaction.

 

4. Capability Development & Learning Programs

  • Lead Retail Training & Learning team nationwide.
  • Design and execute onboarding, technical, sales, and service training programs.
  • Build upskilling and reskilling pathways for store and technical roles.
  • Ensure learning journeys are practical, measurable, and directly applicable to store operations.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Training, Retail, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of retail operations experience, with 5–7 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong advantage for candidates from automotive, retail, or franchise businesses.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and strong English proficiency.
