Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering and maintenance operations for large-scale industrial equipment and heavy machinery.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment availability and operational uptime.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, and utility systems including cranes, heavy lifting systems, conveyors, power systems, and infrastructure facilities.
• Drive reliability improvement initiatives and reduce downtime through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Plan and execute CAPEX projects, equipment upgrades, system expansions, and facility improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and environmental requirements.
• Control engineering budget, maintenance cost, spare parts inventory, and contractor management.
• Develop and lead a team of engineers and technicians, including performance management and capability development.
• Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure smooth 24/7 operational support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in heavy industrial operations, large-scale facilities, logistics infrastructure, energy, utilities, or similar environments.
• At least 3–5 years in Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering leadership role.
• Strong experience in heavy equipment maintenance and reliability engineering.
• Experience managing large engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and industrial compliance.
• Good command of English.
