- Lead overall commercial, category, and sourcing strategy to drive revenue, margin, and market share growth.
- Own Home Care category management, including assortment planning, pricing strategy, promotions, and product performance.
- Drive strategic partnerships with key customers and suppliers, including negotiations and commercial planning.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across categories and channels.
- Identify innovation and growth opportunities aligned with consumer needs and market trends.
- Build and develop a high-performing commercial team to deliver sustainable results.
Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience in FMCG, retail, or wholesale, with strong exposure to consumer products.
- Proven leadership experience at department or senior management level, managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in commercial strategy, category management, sourcing, and supplier management.
- Demonstrated ability to build market expertise and strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
