About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Buying & Merchandising to lead the buying and merchandising strategy for our multi-brand concept stores
In this role, you will create the right brand mix, drive assortment planning, and optimize commercial performance to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute buying and merchandising strategies for store brands, ensuring a strong and commercially relevant brand assortment
- Analyze sales performance, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and maximize profitability
- Source and onboard new brands, suppliers, and business partners that align with store positioning and customer demand
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Retail Operations teams to create compelling product storytelling and elevate in-store customer experience
- Monitor inventory levels, sell-through rates, and stock productivity to optimize merchandise performance and minimize risk
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and suppliers to support long-term business growth and product development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Category Management, preferably within fashion or lifestyle retail
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising, assortment planning, product trends, and customer behavior
- Commercially driven with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Proven experience in inventory management and sales performance analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and retail reporting systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
