Overview:

An established food manufacturing group is seeking a highly experienced Operations Director to oversee and enhance the operational performance of its bakery and beverage production facilities. The role requires strong leadership across multiple departments to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and innovation in all manufacturing operations.

This position reports directly to the executive leadership team and plays a strategic role in driving manufacturing scalability and continuous improvement across both divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Planning, and Maintenance.
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations across multiple production lines.
• Oversee production planning, process optimization, and cost management while maintaining product quality and compliance standards.
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, DVS).
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and senior management to align operational goals with business objectives.
• Drive process innovation, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor departmental leaders to build a high-performing and accountable team culture.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in both bakery and industrial beverage production.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (GHP, HACCP, FSSC, and related standards).
• Proven track record in managing multi-department operations within a growing organization.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement, efficiency, and operational excellence.
