Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller to oversee financial performance and drive cost efficiency across our Food & Beverage manufacturing operations. The role will focus on monitoring production costs, ensuring accurate product costing, identifying savings opportunities, and supporting management with clear financial insights. You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain to help strengthen profitability and operational control.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and analyze all cost elements across production — including raw materials, packaging, labor, and logistics — to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Compare actual spending versus budgets and standards; identify cost variances and propose corrective actions.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process by maintaining accurate cost models and assumptions.
  • Prepare and present monthly cost and profitability reports to management with key insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with operations teams to identify and implement cost improvement initiatives across sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution.
  • Maintain and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) for cost tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain on supplier performance, price trends, and cost control measures.
  • Assist in audit preparations and ensure compliance with internal financial control standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
  • 5–7 years of cost control or finance experience in manufacturing, ideally within F&B or FMCG.
  • Hands-on experience in standard costing, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP).
  • Excellent communication skills in English for collaboration with local and expatriate teams
