Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define, lead, and execute the overall Sales & Marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth.
    • Identify new opportunities for market expansion, both locally and internationally.
    • Provide thought leadership and market insights to the executive team, shaping long-term business strategy.
  • Sales & Marketing Excellence
    • Build and manage high-performing Sales & Marketing teams with clear KPIs and accountability.
    • Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social media, offline, and experiential channels to engage target audiences.
    • Develop partnerships with agencies, brokers, and international sales networks to increase reach and sales conversion.
  • Brand Management
    • Elevate the company’s profile as a leading luxury villa brand, ensuring consistency across all communications, PR, and marketing materials.
    • Organize and oversee events, showcases, and exclusive client experiences to strengthen brand image.
  • Customer Experience & CRM
    • Oversee and optimize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to deliver a world-class customer journey.
    • Implement customer engagement and loyalty programs to build long-term relationships and generate referrals.
  • Rental & Property Management
    • Develop strategies to grow rental services as an additional revenue stream.
    • Ensure seamless operations in property management, providing value-added services to villa owners.
  • Analytics & Performance
    • Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and marketing ROI to ensure business targets are achieved.
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis to anticipate trends and adapt strategies effectively.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Luxury Real Estate, Hospitality, High-End Property Development,Retail
  • Proven success in brand building, customer acquisition, and international market penetration.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM platforms, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with luxury clientele, investor relations, and rental/property management is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Visionary leader with the ability to balance strategic direction and hands-on execution.
