We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, and digital presence. The CMO will play a critical role in driving market growth, customer engagement, and innovation through data-driven and AI-enabled marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business growth.
  • Lead digital marketing, social media, advertising, PR, and product marketing initiatives.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven campaigns and customer insights.
  • Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior studies to inform strategy.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring ROI across all channels.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with partners, agencies, and media platforms.
  • Leverage AI-driven marketing tools for campaign automation, customer segmentation, personalized marketing, and predictive analytics.
  • Champion the adoption of AI technologies to enhance marketing efficiency, content creation, and consumer engagement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of senior marketing leadership experience, ideally as CMO or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Strong expertise in consumer goods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or related industries preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, CRM, and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., for personalization, data analytics, content optimization).
  • Ability to apply AI and advanced technologies to strengthen customer engagement and marketing ROI.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
