We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and drive company operations and supply chain, ensuring sustainable growth across multiple business areas including cosmetics, dietary supplements, and skincare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and ensure maximum efficiency across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance organizational performance.
- Oversee and optimize supply chain functions including procurement, manufacturing, quality control, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent operations.
- Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Support business expansion, process development, and adoption of advanced technologies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational strategies with corporate goals.
- Manage budgets in partnership with the CFO and develop workforce strategies with HR.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and teamwork.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with strategic partners, suppliers, and logistics providers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years of senior executive management experience, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, dietary supplements, skincare, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, operations, and supply chain management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Solid background in Project Management and Change Management.
- Excellent command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Proficiency with enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, and related technologies.
