Job Description
We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to support production and assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, leading operators, and ensuring productivity, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and assembly operations
- Monitor productivity, quality, and delivery performance
- Manage manpower and support efficient use of resources
- Coordinate with Maintenance and related teams to support smooth operations
- Support problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Lead and support team performance during assigned shifts
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in production supervision within manufacturing
- Knowledge of assembly processes and production control
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work in shifts
