Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Discovery & Analysis

  • Partner with stakeholders to map and document processes across functions.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps.
  • Benchmark practices against industry standards to identify improvement opportunities.

2. Business Process Improvement

  • Recommend and implement solutions through:
    • Workflow streamlining and redundancy elimination.
    • Adoption of market-ready technologies (automation, barcode/RFID, low-code apps, mobility tools).
    • Redesign using emerging or transformative technologies.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Build and maintain process improvement roadmaps.

3. Change & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational changes.
  • Communicate proposed changes effectively to gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Provide training, coaching, and knowledge transfer to process owners and end-users.

4. Governance & Performance Monitoring

  • Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Track and report progress, benefits, and risks to senior management.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a corporate environment with broad cross-functional exposure.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (operations, supply chain, finance, commercial, etc.).
  • Generalist profile with the ability to connect the dots across multiple functions.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a track record of challenging the status quo.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) preferred.
  • Consulting or transformation project experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven solutions (automation, ERP extensions, scanning devices, data platforms) and ability to collaborate with IT experts.

 

Experience

  • Proven track record in business process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence.
  • Hands-on experience leading stakeholder discussions, analyzing pain points, and delivering actionable solutions.
  • Exposure to both incremental improvements and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong ability to manage senior management, operations, and IT stakeholders effectively.
