Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Software Implementation & Configuration
- Configure and deploy enterprise software to align with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Lead and manage system change requests, assessing their impact on processes and functionality.
- Ensure smooth adoption of new configurations and enhancements.
- Design and customize enterprise software solutions for supply chain operations.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with development teams on enhancements.
- Safeguard process and system knowledge within the supply chain domain.
- Act as data governor for master and transactional data in assigned areas.
- Identify and drive process improvements leveraging enterprise software.
- Lead the design and execution of solution roadmaps to support new technologies and evolving business needs.
- Provide ongoing SAP and supply chain application support as part of business-as-usual (BAU).
- Partner with the IT BP team to deliver end-to-end business processes, enhancing performance and efficiency.
- Manage the applications roadmap to ensure alignment between business capabilities and technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in SAP (MM, IM, WM, eWM) and other relevant supply chain applications, including non-SAP systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and enterprise software functionality.
- Solid analytical and financial acumen to assess business and technology impacts.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in SAP implementation and/or enterprise software systems related to supply chain management.
- Proven success in driving system change requests, process improvements, and technology adoption.
- Experience in community management and knowledge-sharing is highly desirable.
