Job Description

• Supervise and manage all personnel within the THT (Through Hole Technology) Department to ensure efficient performance and productivity.
• Oversee production operations to align with company goals, production plans, and customer requirements.
• Ensure production quality meets ISO, IPC, safety, and company standards.
• Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead staff development by providing training, performance evaluation, and motivation to achieve departmental objectives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, management systems, and safety regulations.
• Ensure effective utilization of ERP systems and monitor machine performance for optimal output.
• Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports with improvement action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in THT or related processes, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership, logical thinking, and team management skills.
• Proficient in English and computer applications.
