Overview

 

We're looking for an experienced professional to drive customer quality performance, manage complaints, and collaborate across functions to deliver top-tier service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally to enhance satisfaction and improve NPS.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and global partners to align on quality standards.
  • Support production teams in reducing defects and achieving high quality targets.
  • Monitor and report on customer quality performance regularly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and respond effectively to their concerns.
  • Communicate with clients through various channels and ensure smooth resolution processes.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of industrial experience, with at least 5 in customer quality service in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; skilled in using statistical tools and MS Office.
  • Experience in food or packaging quality systems is a plus.
