  • Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver all required documentation and proposals to clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Maintain regular contact with assigned clients to understand and respond to their evolving needs.
  • Addressing customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and uphold the company’s reputation.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain accurate records of sales activities and data.
  • Regularly update sales reports for management review and strategic planning.
  • Willing to travel frequently to up-country locations as required.
  • Strong focus on meeting KPIs and achieving sales targets.
  • Results-driven and highly motivated to exceed goals.

 

 Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales for heavy lifting operations (mobile and crawler cranes) or industrial construction will be a plus
  • Understand well in basic sales, marketing, and negotiation concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
  • Comfortable working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Own car with a driver’s license.
