Product Knowledge & Store Presentation

  • Comply with all training materials related to collections and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining the sales floor, managing stock levels, and visual displays.
  • Help with stock handling, including deliveries, returns, and inventory processes like stock takes and cycle counts.
  • Understand store-wide and individual performance metrics (KPIs) and targets.
  • Implement action plans aimed at improving productivity.
  • Assist with loss prevention and inventory management efforts.
  • Stay informed about competitors and trends in the local market to support commercial awareness.

Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service, aiming to create a strong base of loyal shoppers.

  • Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure a top-tier shopping experience.

  • Take responsibility for collecting and maintaining accurate CRM data.

  • Support management in handling transactions, customer complaints, and returns.

  • Use business systems and current technology effectively.

  • Follow all company policies, including Health & Safety, Operational Guidelines, and Uniform Standards.
