Job Description

1. Strategic HRD Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of HRD strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and develop targeted interventions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high engagement.

2. Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Oversee talent identification, assessment, and development initiatives.
  • Design and implement succession planning frameworks for critical roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to build internal talent pipelines.

3. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Develop and manage comprehensive L&D programs across all levels of the organization.
  • Introduce innovative learning methods including digital platforms, coaching, and blended learning.
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve them.

4. Organizational Development (OD)

  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and performance.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics and implement action plans to enhance effectiveness.
  • Facilitate team-building, conflict resolution, and organizational alignment efforts.

5. Leadership Development

  • Build leadership capability through targeted development programs and executive coaching.
  • Implement 360-degree feedback and development planning for high-potential employees.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all leadership development efforts.

6. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Lead employee engagement strategies including surveys, action planning, and recognition programs.
  • Foster a values-based culture that supports employee well-being and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HRD or OD role.
  • Proven success in developing and leading L&D, OD, and talent management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR analytics, performance metrics, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
