Job Description
- Improving the reliability, performance, and efficiency of equipment, processes, and systems.
- Analyze equipment and system performance to identify reliability issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Conduct failure investigations to determine root causes and recommend long-term solutions.
- Utilize reliability metrics such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) to drive improvements.
- Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to enhance equipment reliability.
- Develop strategies for asset lifecycle management, including spare parts optimization.
- Provide engineering support for troubleshooting and resolving equipment failures.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years in reliability engineering, maintenance from Consumer or Foods ianufacturing or industrial environments).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
