Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Performance Report: Compile an accurate and timely monthly report, including an in-depth analysis of key budget variances.
- Financial Forecasting: Generate a rolling forecast on a monthly basis.
- Budget & Strategic Planning: Validate sales forecasts and develop the budget and mid-term plan.
- Daily Expense Oversight: Track actual costs, expenditures, and investments.
- Intercompany Pricing Compliance: Establish and verify intercompany pricing to align with global policies.
- Profit Optimization: Identify and drive profit-enhancing initiatives in collaboration with operations, ensuring accurate calculations.
- Cost Analysis Framework: Approve and validate the costing model.
- Internal Compliance & Risk Management: Assess internal controls, recommend corrective actions, and implement measures for improved oversight.
- Investment & Business Strategy: Develop business plans for new projects and investments to aid management in decision-making.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to maximize overall profitability.
- SG&A Oversight: Manage and control selling, general, and administrative expenses.
- Global Coordination: Engage with other company locations to support international projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- Over 6 years of experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of SAP is crucial.
- Good in English (Speaking and writing)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
