Job Summary: Our client is a global leader in the beverage industry, offering a diverse portfolio of own-brand beverages. They are currently seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join their team.

 

Job Description

  • Oversee general office administration, including maintenance, supplies, and office announcements.
  • Organize internal/external events, training sessions, and company activities.
  • Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and work permit processes for foreign employees.
  • Manage health and safety procedures for the Bangkok office.
  • Support finance with filing, billing, and document preparation for suppliers and the factory.
  • Assist with new hire orientation, interview scheduling, exit process completion, and other general HR tasks as needed.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of Office Administration experience, preferably in an MNC environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai; experience with work permit applications is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe.
