Job Description
- Oversee general office administration, including maintenance, supplies, and office announcements.
- Organize internal/external events, training sessions, and company activities.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and work permit processes for foreign employees.
- Manage health and safety procedures for the Bangkok office.
- Support finance with filing, billing, and document preparation for suppliers and the factory.
- Assist with new hire orientation, interview scheduling, exit process completion, and other general HR tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of Office Administration experience, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai; experience with work permit applications is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe.
