- Plan sales and service strategies through online channels.
- Develop, oversee, and execute business plans and strategies to efficiently sell products and services to online consumers.
- Analyze online market trends and changes in consumer behavior.
- Manage and oversee the e-commerce team's online platforms, such as Lazada, Shopee, 24Shopping, TIKTOK SHOP, etc.
- Maintain standards and improve customer service processes to enhance the shopping experience.
- Analyze and develop effective responses to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Monitor, track, and present monthly and annual budgets related to each e-commerce platform.
- Analyze online sales and profit data across all platforms to refine business strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with online sales platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
- Coordinate with suppliers, KOLs, and logistics partners to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Assist in planning and reviewing team efforts in product promotion and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in online sales.
- Experience in fashion products, including clothing, footwear, and bags.
- Knowledge of E-commerce Sales and Marketing.
- Proficiency in using online sales tools and platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
- Understanding of online advertising.
- Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems.
