Job Description

  • Plan sales and service strategies through online channels.
  • Develop, oversee, and execute business plans and strategies to efficiently sell products and services to online consumers.
  • Analyze online market trends and changes in consumer behavior.
  • Manage and oversee the e-commerce team's online platforms, such as Lazada, Shopee, 24Shopping, TIKTOK SHOP, etc.
  • Maintain standards and improve customer service processes to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Analyze and develop effective responses to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Monitor, track, and present monthly and annual budgets related to each e-commerce platform.
  • Analyze online sales and profit data across all platforms to refine business strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with online sales platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, KOLs, and logistics partners to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Assist in planning and reviewing team efforts in product promotion and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in online sales.
  • Experience in fashion products, including clothing, footwear, and bags.
  • Knowledge of E-commerce Sales and Marketing.
  • Proficiency in using online sales tools and platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
  • Understanding of online advertising.
  • Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Experience with Inventory Management Systems.
