Job Description

• Oversee, plan, and follow up on all work orders, including preventive maintenance, TPM, projects, and engineering tasks.
• Minimize recurring machine breakdowns.
• Ensure mechanical maintenance reliability and improve MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Implement predictive maintenance based on machine condition.
• Lead adherence to international maintenance standards.
• Provide support for corrective maintenance during breakdowns.
• Manage daily team activities to troubleshoot issues related to breakdowns, production, quality, and safety. Expedite solutions by supplying necessary knowledge, tools, parts, and support to restore production as quickly as possible. Evaluate spare parts and provide specialized tools to improve diagnostics and reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).
• Support SES and TPM initiatives in the plant. Serve as a leader or active member of specific pillars by providing data, facilitating brainstorming sessions, leading meetings, and ensuring activities are executed until pillar objectives are met.
• Maintain and enhance the workshop by managing machine conditions, consumable parts, and implementing 5S practices to ensure world-class safety and operational standards.

Qualification

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, toolmaking, and hydraulic systems
• Technical expertise with practical experience, including:
• At least 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Experience improving MTBF
• Good command of English
