Job Description

• Oversee the company’s complete strategic sourcing process for products and services, ensuring collaboration with suitable suppliers to enhance operational efficiency and profitability across both Plants and the Cluster, specifically in the categories of filling machine, equipment and MRO.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with country representatives, Project Engineering, and Field Service Engineers to gather inquiries and improvement suggestions, working closely with suppliers to implement defined solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure that team members and stakeholders strictly follow the Procurement practice

Qualification

•  Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in procurement, with a preference for indirect procurement in Food  downstream equipment, spare parts, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations).
• Good command of  English
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
