Job Description
Key Responsibilies:
- Drive sales by managing distributors and accounts, identifying new opportunities, and building brand presence. Experience in brand building is a plus.
- Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the research team to analyze trends and develop sales strategies that meet customer demands.
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of company’s product offerings.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Chefs, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain) to support sales initiatives.
- Manage contracts and pricing negotiations to secure profitable deals.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify improvements and ensure target achievement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food industry.
- Knowledge and experience in the South of Thailand food industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Networking, adaptability and time management skills.
