Job Description

Key Responsibilies:

  1. Drive sales by managing distributors and accounts, identifying new opportunities, and building brand presence. Experience in brand building is a plus.
  2. Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with the research team to analyze trends and develop sales strategies that meet customer demands.
  4. Understand and communicate the features and benefits of company’s product offerings.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams (Chefs, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain) to support sales initiatives.
  6. Manage contracts and pricing negotiations to secure profitable deals.
  7. Track and analyze sales data to identify improvements and ensure target achievement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in the South of Thailand food industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Networking, adaptability and time management skills.
