Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support business growth and profitability.
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost controls, improve cash flow, and enhance profitability.
- Provide financial guidance and insights to the executive team on market trends, growth opportunities, and risk management.
- Conduct regular audits, reviews, and internal controls to ensure financial integrity and alignment with corporate policies.
- Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is highly desirable.
- At least 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing sectors.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Demonstrated knowledge of Thai accounting standards, taxation, and local regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership experience with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Thai and English.
