Role Overview:
The Demand Planner will support the Supply Chain and Logistics Managers to enhance demand and supply integration. This role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, maintaining stock levels, and coordinating with sales and marketing to align on demand needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the S&OP process with sales and marketing, ensuring demand aligns with business targets.
• Manage monthly forecasting meetings and analyze demand data for accuracy.
• Coordinate with regional teams for 36-month demand forecasts.
• Update product information and manage supply adjustments for promotions and other variances.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning, ideally in retail or FMCG.
• Skilled in data analysis, forecasting tools, and inventory management.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
