Job Description

  • Oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits management, organizational and people development, performance management, HRIS, and employee relations.
  • Provide HR expertise to drive organizational change initiatives, aligning them with the company's strategy to improve effectiveness and foster talent development.
  • Lead and execute local HR projects in accordance with global strategies, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Work closely with business units to deliver tailored, high-quality HR services that meet operational needs and enhance business outcomes.
  • Develop and streamline HR processes to boost efficiency within the department.
  • Update or create HR policies and guidelines to reflect the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Foster a transparent, positive relationship between the company and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing diverse HR functions, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational & People Development, Performance Management, HRIS and Employee Relations.
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role and the ability to handle complex HR situations effectively
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, organizational and people development strategy
  • Proven experience in developing and optimizing HR procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
  • Proficient communication in business English with speaking and writing
