Job Description

  • Engage with target accounts through in-person sales meetings or virtual appointments as needed.
  • Present the company overview, products, services, unique selling points (USPs), and value propositions.
  • Assess and identify customer-specific needs and requirements.
  • Manage the entire customer registration process from initiation to completion.
  • Facilitate the credit application and approval process.
  • Offer commercial support during business implementations and product trials.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to support vendor qualification and selection processes.
  • Provide commercial insights for vendor pricing and rate negotiations.
  • Follow the sales process steps:
  • Opportunity: Identification, qualification, quotation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Implementation: New customer onboarding, integration, and go-live.
  • Handle special assignments as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or freight forwarding/import-export functions.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent customer service mindset with commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Strong abilities in relationship building, problem-solving, and solution orientation.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure.
