Position Name: Head of Marketing and Business Development

Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive comprehensive growth strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and exceed sales objectives.
• Develop and manage communication campaigns to effectively convey our brand message and engage with customers.
• Ensure consistency across all marketing materials, channels, and customer touchpoints, reflecting SkinX’s values and market positioning.
• Oversee and optimize digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Establish and collaborate with strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and execute joint business plans.
• Formulate and execute strategies to maximize revenue and enhance overall profitability.
• Lead and mentor the team to ensure they meet their targets and objectives effectively.
• Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance within the team.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Marketing and/or Business Development with a proven track record.
• At least 3 years' experience in leadership roles with demonstrated team management skills.
• Solid background in digital products or mobile applications is a must.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented focus, and creative approach.
• Proficient in making data-driven decisions and utilizing analytics to drive business strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent command of both Thai and English languages.
• Experience in startups or the health industry is a plus.
