Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans from initiation to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost estimation.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget by setting milestones, allocating resources, and tracking construction progress.
• Supervise daily activities on-site, including monitoring contractors, inspecting materials and workmanship, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
• Review and coordinate design documents with architects, engineers, and surveyors.
• Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with consultants, stakeholders, and project representatives to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and other project team members.
• Proactively address and resolve any unexpected challenges that arise during project execution.
• Prepare monthly expense reports by comparing actual spending with budget forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of experience in construction management, specifically with projects related to malls or community malls.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate key findings effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, and securing regulatory approvals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Advanced knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders, consultants, and on-site personnel.
