Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end growth strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, paid media, and performance marketing to maximize ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop joint business plans and strategic alliances that accelerate growth.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints in alignment with SkinX’s values and positioning.
  • Drive strategies that enhance profitability and sustainable business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, growth, or business development roles.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership capacity, with proven experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Strong background in digital products or mobile applications is required.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and leverage analytics to guide strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English.
  • Experience in startups or the health/wellness industry is a plus.
