- Lead process engineering initiatives to enhance productivity, minimize costs, and ensure product consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align process improvements with operational objectives.
- Conduct technical assessments to identify improvement opportunities in systems, equipment, and workflows.
- Manage continuous improvement projects with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of innovation and operational excellence within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the cement or gypsum industry.
- Strong knowledge of cement manufacturing, including kiln operations, raw material preparation, clinker production, and milling.
- Proven track record in the field of process engineering,
- Solid understanding of cement chemistry and material properties for product development.
- Demonstrated capability in process optimization and cost reduction.
- Strong project management skills with end-to-end execution experience.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
