Our client is a world life insurance company. The company operates in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, including joint ventures in China. It has been providing life insurance services in Thailand since 2001 to meet the financial protection and security needs of its clients. The company offers a wide range of life insurance products, including protection insurance, savings insurance, accident and health insurance, and life insurance covering auto loans, motorcycle loans, and home loans. In addition, it provides group life insurance services through various distribution channels including agents, brokers, banks, and business partners.
Position: Product Owner (Contract 12 Months)
Salary: 120K
Job Description:
- Building end-user digital products, leading cross-functional teams, and managing Agile transformation.
- Lead delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban), manage roadmap & backlog.
- Work closely with UI/UX and tech teams, review feasibility.
- Analyze feedback and market data.
- Sprint planning, grooming, reviews.
Qualification:
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Owner and Business Analyst roles
- Experience building end user digital products.
- Experience in User persona analysis, roadmap support, user flows, and requirement docs.
- Experience in User Acceptance test
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle.
- Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence.
- Basic API & system integration knowledge.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
