Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support plant controlling and P&L reporting (monthly closing & planning)
• Prepare cost, variance, and production cost analysis
• Support management reports (HC, inventory, personnel cost)
• Act as SAP key user for controlling activities
• Support new project cost calculations and ad-hoc analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related fields
• Experience in cost controlling / FP&A / manufacturing finance preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to work in cross-functional, international environments
• English communication required
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
